Spinach Salad with Pears and Pecans (3 Points)

This is Haley's favorite salad in the world!

2 tbsp. olive oil
1-2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar (I use one)
1 garlic clove, minced
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 c. fresh baby spinach
1 small ripe red Bartlett pear, thinly sliced
1/4 c. crumbled Feta cheese
3 tbsp. chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. Combine spinach and pear in a large bowl. Pour vinaigrette over spinach mixture; toss gently to combine. Arrange spinach mixture evenly on plates. Top evenly with feta cheese and pecans or walnuts.
