Garden Vegetable Soup (Zero Points)

This is good to eat when you run out of points.

6 c. fat free chicken broth
Cooking spray
2 carrtos, peeled and diced
1 large onion, diced
4 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 cabbage, chopped
1/2 lb. frozen green beans
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt (use less for sodium restricted diet)
1 lg. zucchini, diced
1 large can stewed tomatoes

Coat Dutch oven with cooking spray and saute carrots, onions and garlic 5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except zucchini and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 30 minutes. Add zucchini and cook until tender.

Makes 9 cups
